Football Queso Dip

The weekends are for football, family and friends💪🏽🏈. I love creating new game time appetizers and this #wisconsin inspired queso dip was a hit.

Throw into a pan:

1 block of velveeta
8oz pepper jack cheese
2 seeded jalapeños, diced
1/2 cup white onion
4 cooked brats, chopped
1lb of chorizo browned and drained
2 cans of rotel

Throw in a 300 degree oven for 20 min and stir occasionally. I gradually added evaporated milk as it cooked to get the consistency that I wanted.
